Transfer Your Membership

As a current LSBTC Member, you may transfer your membership only through the sale of your home. You must be up to date on payment of all dues in order to be eligible for transfer.

When completing a membership transfer, a $700 fee is required to be paid, either by the seller or buyer. If you are interested in transferring your current membership, please complete the form to the right.
